Acceptable Use Policy
Because Flyvoice makes automated phone calls on your behalf, misuse can cause real harm and legal exposure. By using the Service you agree not to do any of the following, and not to permit others to.
1. Calling and consent
- Do not call numbers you are not lawfully permitted to call, including numbers on the Do Not Call Register where an exemption or consent does not apply.
- Do not call outside permitted calling hours or ignore a person’s request to stop calling or to be removed. Honour do-not-call requests promptly.
- Do not record calls without meeting the consent and disclosure requirements in our Call Recording & AI Disclosure Consent notice and applicable state and territory listening/recording laws.
- Do not misrepresent who is calling or fail to disclose that the caller is an automated AI agent where disclosure is required.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
- No unlawful, deceptive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or fraudulent content or scripts.
- No scams, phishing, impersonation of a person or organisation, or attempts to obtain sensitive information (such as full card numbers, passwords, or government identifiers) without a lawful basis.
- No spam or bulk unsolicited messaging in breach of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
- No use for emergency services, crisis lines, or safety-critical communications.
- No collection of sensitive information (health, financial, biometric, etc.) without appropriate consent and legal basis.
3. Technical and security
- No attempts to breach, probe, or overload the Service, other users’ data, or our providers’ systems.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling the Service except as permitted by law.
- No uploading of malware or unlawful material.
4. High-risk and regulated uses
Regulated activities — including credit, financial, legal, medical, or debt-collection communications — require you to comply with the specific laws and licensing that apply to them. You are responsible for that compliance and for the accuracy and appropriateness of any scripted statements.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or disable calling, with or without notice, to protect the Service, other users, call recipients, or ourselves. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to authorities.
6. Reporting
Report suspected misuse to [abuse email].
